Eloise was born April 11, 1939. She married the love of her life, Vito, on October 16, 1957. She was a homemaker, mother, and grandmother. She was an avid member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She furthered her education within the Catholic Church achieving many certificates, and even being a teacher in the church for many years. She enjoyed shopping, eating meals with family, and going for long drives. She gave out so much love and kindness, always meeting you with a huge smile. Whenever you visited her house, you would leave with love from her, a full stomach of her delicious foods, and a great conversation. She loved her family and friends greatly.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Vito Quintanilla. Her parents, Jesus and Aurelia Valdivia. Her five brothers; Fedel, Ambrosio, Juan, Joe, and Raymond Valdivia.
Eloise is survived by her children; Irma (Victor) Salinas, Mario (Margie) Quintanilla, Albert Quintanilla, and Cynthia (John) Hernandez; nine grandchildren: Maria Quintanilla, Crystal (Victor) Cordero, M.J. (Lacey) Quintanilla, Matthew (Jessica) Quintanilla, Mark (Tina) Hernandez, Amanda (Marcus) Contreras, A.J. Quintanilla, Emily and Valerie Hernandez; numerous great grandchildren as well as great-great grandchildren.
