Born April 25, 1964, in Stamford, Ken was a son of Glisper Wolf Smith and Barbara Johnson. He graduated from Hamlin High School in 1982 and attended college at Angelo State University. Ken worked at Moore Elevators, Lets Move Moving Company and Advantage Moving and Storage. He enjoyed fishing, listening to classic rock and watching western movies. Ken grew up in Hamlin and was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church where he served as an usher.
Ken is preceded in death by one brother Eric Johnson, grandfathers Jesse Johnson and Glisper Smith, Sr., grandmothers Hester Mae Johnson and Emma Keno, grandfather James Rock Hidges and mother of his daughter Angela Flash.
Survivors include his sons, Kendrick Dewayne Johnson and Robert KeVon Johnson one daughter Kenndra Lorraine Johnson mother, Barbara Johnson father, Glisper Wolf Smith and his wife Blossom three grandchildren, Kendrick Dewayne Johnson, Jr., Christian KeVon Johnson, and Ivianna Brook Johnson aunt, Vera Hooper uncle, Benny Johnson wife, Mandy Johnson three brothers, Michael Johnson and his wife Valarie, Dwight Smith and Antonio Owens four sisters, Debra Henton, Carolyn Bell, Joyce Bell and Vernell Bell mothers of his children, Michelle Bruner, and Denna Hicks very good friend, Lavalia Mookie Titus and longtime friends, Brian Green, Rusty Timmons and Earl Titus.
