Matthew Moore

Hamlin-Jonathan James Moore and Matthew Christopher Moore, twin infant sons of Jon David and Caroline Elizabeth (McCall) Moore met their Heavenly Father at a young age. Jonathan, one day, Matthew, one hundred eighty three days.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday June 9, 2015, at Hamlin Memorial Cemetery, directed by Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home.
I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him. 1 Samuel 1:27
They are preceded in death by their great-grandparents, Johnny Jeffrey, F.B. Jr. and Bernice Moore, William and Mable McCall, and Lauren and Jeanette Barnes.
Survivors include their loving parents, Jon David and Caroline Moore; grandparents, Don and Mary McCall and David and Julie Moore; Great Mimi, Babs Jeffrey; Aunt, Emilee Moore; Uncle, Christopher McCall and wife Devon; cousins, Cecilia and Eloise McCall.
The family would like to express their love and appreciation for the genuine care and concern given their family by the excellent NICU team of the Texas Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. A special "Thank You" to Dr. Chad Barber, Sherry McNabb, Alison Randall, Stephanie Murray, Torey Cortez, and Cortney Johansen. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Texas Harris Methodist
