Hamlin-Sula (Tankersley) Woolf, 96, went to be with her Lord on September 18, 2020. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2020, in the McCaulley Cemetery, under the direction of Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home in Hamlin. Visitation will be 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home Chapel.
Born August 10, 1924, in Pushmataha, Ok, Sula was the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl (Bivins) Tankersley. She married the love of her life Floyd Woolf on September 27, 1941, in Hamlin. Sula served her Lord faithfully, and her passion was crocheting bible crosses that were handed out all over South America. Sula loved her family and God unconditionally.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Woolf (2003) and twenty-six, brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Floyd Woolf Jr. (Barbara), Coye Woolf (Shirley) and Arlen Woolf; daughters, Saundra Wilson and Vanda Smith; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great- grandchildren.
